Technicians began loading the external tank with liquid oxygen and hydrogen on-time at the earliest possible time this morning at 8:11 a.m. EDT. The countdown is progressing extremely well with no significant issues being tracked. And the weather forecast remains favorable for an on-time liftoff this evening at 6:36.

ECO Senstor update. All of the engine cutoff sensors have been put through a test to simulate the transition from wet to dry and dry to wet conditions (fuel in the external tank vs. the tank running dry). All of the sensors behaved correctly during the test.

At T-3 hours and 54 minutes, everything is still going exceedingly smoothly and the launch team is tracking no significant issues out of the ordinary. The weather also looks good still.

At 12:50 p.m. EDT the countdown is in the midst of a hold at the T-3 hour mark, with 1 hour, 52 minutes remaining in the builtin hold. The ice team is walking around the launch pad area looking for any ice buildup on or near the orbiter that could break off and pose a debris hazard at launch. They are also looking for any other potential debris sources in the area.

T minus one hour, thirty minutes. Crew ingress is complete as all seven astronauts have boarded the orbiter and conducted communications checks with the ground.

T-32 minutes and counting. The crew hatch has been closed on Endeavour but there's some difficulty getting the microswitches on the hatch to indicate a good closure. The closeout crew is working that and should have it taken care of soon.

T-29:40 and the closeout crew reports hatch closure is complete with a verification that the door is closed and locked properly.

There are actually two technicians onboard Endeavour with the hatch closed to verify that the hatch is working and that the problem is with the microswitches themselves. Once they do that, the hatch will be re-opened to let them out and then closed again.
