A letter dated August 25, 2008 from Senators John McCain, Kay Bailey-Hutchison and David Vitter to President Bush admonishing against retiring the space shuttle in 2010 and leaving the United States dependent on the Russian Soyuz for human transportation to and from the International Space Station.
